Freight Policy
Freight will be prepaid on shipments of remanufactured units totaling a minimum of $2500.00 (excluding cores), or a minimum of 500 lbs., sent via courier of our choice. Dealer must prepay return core shipments unless alternative arrangements are made with Fleet Products Ltd.
In BC, freight will be prepaid on orders over $1000 (excluding cores) Freight to Vancouver Island will be prepaid on orders over $1500 (excluding cores) All prepaid freight will be sent via a courier of our choice. Backordered items, which originally qualified for freight-prepaid shipment, will be sent prepaid. Cores and warranties are to be sent prepaid by the customer unless other arrangements are made with BC Fleet Products. All returns sent collect without previous approval will be charged back to the customer.
All core returns should be properly marked and have sufficient paper work to assure correct credit. All cores are to be returned in ORIGINAL BOX to receive credit.
Core Policy
Merchandise may be purchased outright, and cores may be returned for core deposit refund. Core deposit refunds will be given only on cores originating from the sale of remanufactured units, and sold directly to the purchaser from Fleet Products Ltd. We will not refund, in dollars and cents, an amount in excess of core deposits.
The above policy is based on cores purchased within the previous 6 month period. Cores in excess of credit due upon date of receipt will, at the purchaser's option, be returned or purchased at a price determined at time of return.
The following are unacceptable for credit:
- Badly rusted or corroded cores from the lack of use or neglect
- Units not shown in our catalog or price lists.
- Units wrecked or damaged by fire.

- All disassembled cores will be considered having 2-part damage
- Cores with more than 2-part damage will have no core value (NCV)
- All units are eligible for core credit from 6 months of original purchase
