Fleet Products Ltd. warrants to the original purchaser that each product remanufactured by it is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation, or 100,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
The obligation under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or exchange of any product demonstrated to be defective; provided such product is returned to Fleet Products Ltd. or to one of its authorized agents prior to expiration of the applicable warranty.
This warranty is expressly in lieu of any and all other warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose. In no event will Fleet Products be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Further Fleet Products neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any liability other than this warranty in connection with the sale of its remanufactured products.
This warranty shall not apply to any product which has been improperly installed, adjusted, or has been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse or misuse (including any product in which a serial number has been altered, defaced or removed).
